What we offer

Hi, I am Kiri.

A proud local resident, toddler mom, and movement enthusiast! My Pilates journey began over 22 years ago, helping me find balance through a professional dance career and into motherhood. Opening a movement studio in our incredible neighbourhood has been a dream come true!

At Pinewood Pilates & Movement, I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where everyone—regardless of experience or fitness level—can experience the transformative benefits of authentic Pilates. I can’t wait to share this space with you—here’s to moving, feeling amazing, and growing together!
