At Pinewood Pilates & Movement, all of our classes and private sessions are led by expert and passionate instructors in an intimate and supportive setting. Expect lots of personal attention with hands-on adjustments, tailored cues, and a welcoming community to help you move better and feel stronger!

 

Private 1-on-1 Pilates

These sessions offer a tailored approach to achieving your goals. Experience personalized instruction on a range of equipment, including the Reformer, Tower, Stability Chair, and more. Each session is customized to your needs, ensuring a focused and effective workout that targets your specific objectives and promotes optimal health.

We are happy to communicate and collaborate with any of your other wellness practitioners such as physiotherapists, RMT, etc.

 

Yoga Classes

Our yoga classes range from Hatha-based "slow flow" to invigorating Vinyasa Flow. Class sizes are kept small to allow for plenty of personal attention from your instructor who will offer modifications or adjustments to suit all levels and needs.

We will emphasize alignment, breath, moving mindfully and focus on postures that are functional for improving our daily lives.

 

Pre and Post-natal Pilates & Yoga

We regularly run pre-registered series’ of Mom & Baby and Prenatal yoga and Pilates classes, taught by our certified pre and post-natal movement educators—who are also experienced mamas themselves!

Small Group Pilates Mat Classes

Our Small Group Mat Classes provide an engaging and supportive environment for up to 8 students. These classes use small equipment such as stability balls, bands, and light weights, enhancing your workout and targeting a variety of muscle groups.

Experience a high-quality, safe, supportive and dynamic workout while benefiting from the camaraderie and motivation of a group setting.

 

Small Group Reformer Classes

Classes are limited to 4 clients per session, offering a personalized semi-private experience. With expert guidance and hands-on adjustments, you’ll move with proper form to build strength, improve mobility, and feel amazing in your body.
